KNOXVILLE - A Knox County Criminal Court jury chose this afternoon to retire for the night after hearing the first round of prosecutors' closing arguments in the trial of torture-slaying alleged ringleader Lemaricus Davidson. (Great job Ms Fitzgerald!)
Defense attorneys will begin their arguments Tuesday morning, followed by the final arguments from the prosecution...
Jurors did not hear from Davidson, 28, who opted not to testify about the January 2007 slayings...
