Something stinks about Ross and his story.
This is the second tragic crime involving a child under the control of San Francisco Department of Social Serivces Family and Children Serivces (Child Protective Services Department). Who is at the helm?
Correction:
This is the second tragic crime that has occured in less than one year involving a child under the control of San Francisco Department of Human Services/Family and Children Services(Child Protective Services Department).
Louis Ross is a con artist turned murderer. The body of that poor disabled boy is probably in the water and Ross is cruel enough to have abandoned him or killed him. He made several false statements to the police, committed perjury and is guilty of obstruction of justice. In less than 9 months, he managed to turn into a sadistic child murderer. The body won't be found for a long time like in the Scott Peterson case and the Oakland D>A's office is weak and not as competent as the NY one
