ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state has requested a copy of George Anthony's testimony before a grand jury last October because it says what Anthony said in a later deposition was inconsistent with those statements.

George Anthony..."testified at deposition in a manner that, to the recollection of the undersigned, was materially inconsistent with his grand jury testimony on some points," the motion filed by Assistant State Attorney Jeffrey L.
