Hunt for missing Fla. girl leads to Cape Cod, Massachusetts

A nationwide search for a missing Florida girl came to Massachusetts over the weekend, when Sunshine State authorities traveled to Cape Cod to question a couple in the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings.

Investigators interviewed Timothy Croslin and his wife, Chelsea on Saturday as they searched for clues that might help them find Haleigh, 6, who disappeared from her Satsuma, Fla., home on Feb. 9, according to Putnam County Sheriff spokesman Lt. Johnny Greenwood...

Misty, who police say is not a suspect, has given authorities conflicting details of what happened that evening and flunked a lie-detector test....

According to the WBZ-TV.com, the Florida investigators were following up on a tip Haleigh was spotted at an Abington Walmart. Haleigh is 3 feet tall and weighs about 40 pounds.

It has also been on national news programs that during Misty's recent hypnosis/polygraph/voice tests, Misty seems to have some hazy dream of four people in the house and indicated that her brother may have her. He is reported to have retorted that she is desperately trying to shift attention to some one else, any one else.

Haleigh’s Dad Accusing Of Putting Rat In In-Law’s Mailbox

A dead rat is found in his in-laws mailbox, and a neighbor is willing to testify that it was Ron Cummings and another person (Misty?) who put it there at midnight the night before. He had just been released from jail for assaulting Misty's brother and father, and it was not too long ago that Hank Croslin Sr accused Ron of trying to kill him with some pill he'd given him. I don't know what the legal lingo should be, but surely terroristic threat would be appropriate. Could LE be saving that charge so that when they get close to an arrest, Ron can be picked up and held for that while 'whomever' is hauled in and charged? I hope so.

Here are a few other thoughts and questions I have on this case:

When did Timmy and Chelsea move to Cape Cod, Massachusetts and why? Is Chelsea from there? In February he was working with his father and brother doing dry-wall, or so was recorded.

Was the “little sheet” and freshly laundered blanket that Misty covered Haleigh up with found at home? Her shoes were there, the pink shirt she’d been wearing was there.

I think the dog track that followed Buchan Circle, Monroe then down Tyler road to Buffalo Bluff Rd was the bus route.

When my house is dark, I can tell when there is a light on in a different part of the house. I don't see why such a big deal has been made over this point. If Misty woke up and the light in the kitchen was on, she would clearly see the defused light through the living room.

The plastic rose statement implicates her in the disappearance, in my opinion. Why would she say that they should search there again? What—she fails a lie detector test then immediately she has an ESP episode? And sure enough, they find a rose. Hmmm.

Any possibility that plastic rose could have touch DNA on it? Or could it be matched by manufacturing numbers to other dusty old plastic roses in one of the grandma’s houses? Dust particles could also be compared to plastic flower dust samples taken from family members homes.

Why is Nancy Grace such a hateful bitch? Will she be a big enough person to apologize to Crystal for her vicious, snide and uncalled for behavior towards her? I doubt it. Bit of advice: if, god forbid, misfortune should ever befall your family, never go on Nancy Grace's show.

How did Ron come up with the $1,250. to bond out of jail? Isn’t he unemployed and living with grandma Sykes? Did he use some of his back child-support money?

How is he providing for Junior now? Being unemployed, is Jr back on the state rolls? Who pays Juniors health-insurance, or is Junior now uninsured?

My ESP moment: This has something to do with pee. Remember there is usually a grain of truth to every lie. Misty said she washed Haleigh’s blanket because it smelled like pee. One of her early stories was that Haleigh got up to pee and did not come back (Ill try to find a link for that version). Then, that she got up to pee and then saw the light on. When DID she actually pee? Too many pee stories.
