Seems like he should have thought of that before he murdered 160 people including a dozen or so toddlers. I can't seem to scrape up any sympathy.

WICHITA, Kansas – One of the men behind the Oklahoma City bombing has filed a lawsuit, claiming prison food violates his religious beliefs.
Terry Nichols got a life sentence for his part in the 1995 federal building bombing.
The suit filed in March complains that a lack of whole grains and fresh food burdens his Christianity.
Prison officials disagree and are asking the suit be thrown out.
Nichols was a former resident of Herington.
