Casey Anthony murder trial 6-5-2011

Dr Arpad Vass, the head research scientist at the Tennessee Body Farm testified today about the odor in the trunk carpeting.  Vass explained the odor analysis, often leaving Baez looking dazed.  He spent a lot of time giving background--he explained the method of scientific experiment used and was obviously excited about his work and enjoyed working.  Baez accused him of portraying himself as more educated and experienced and made a bit of a fool of himself by insisting that only a chemist could figure out the smell from data presented.  I guess having a Phd in Anthropology, a BA in Administration and AS in Biology plus twenty years experience in decomposition doesn't make him an expert, huh, Baez?

Things didn't go quite as planned, meaning that I got so bored with the forensics that I lost interest for a while. This and the fact that the entire trial is regurgitated nightly over and over and over. Thanks for noticing, though.

Sorry Janet! But as of early this month, I had never paid attention to this case. I had seen Caylee's face probably once in passing and I just learned of her actual name not too long ago. But it was your blog that not only brought me up to date as to who the Anthonys were and what had occurred (the death of a sweet toddler) but your amazing timeline just allowed me to get a glimpse of Casey's heartlessness. I seriously would not have followed the case had it not been for you. There is no other thoughtful blog! They are all informative, but I want opinion.
So, yes, of course I noticed. I check your site every day with the hopes you posted something. And I am still waiting since the news in Chicago arent covering it, and I dont even know what able cable channel covers any of it. I guess for now The Orlando Sentinel should do it...*sigh* at least until you decide to become interested again.

P.S. I even thought during a moment of paranoia that Baez had shut you down by court order lest you sway people's opinions on the Anthonys. No kidding. That's how good I think your site is.

You are way kind. Thank you. I hope you were going through the Aug.26 revision of the timeline--it has so much more info than the earlier ones.

So, OK. I'll start another post and lets talk.
