Alicia DeBolt Update: Attorney General "Confident" Charges Will Be Filed
GREAT BEND, Kan. (CBS/KWCH) Kansas Attorney General Steve Six told reporters outside a District Court Monday that he is "confident murder charges will be filed," in the tragic death of Kansas teenager Alicia DeBolt, according to The Wichita Eagle.

Six's comments came shortly after a hearing for 36-year-old Adam Longoria, who is a "person of interest" in the murder of the14-year-old whose body was found severely burned Aug. 24 in an asphalt plant in central Kansas.

Longoria was charged with one count of Vehicle Burglary and one count of Theft of property...in connection with a 2002 white Ford Explorer that was reported stolen from...the asphalt plant where DeBolt's body was found, according to CBS affiliate KWCH...
Longoria, also known as "Rocco,"... Another hearing is scheduled for Sept. 7.
