WELEETKA -- The double murder investigation in Weleetka this summer has taken a quick turn. A published report says three men testified Wednesday before a grand jury.
There have been few leads in the last two-and-a-half months on this investigation. The girls, 11-year-old Skyla Whitaker and 13-year-old Taylor Paschal-Placker were gunned down June 8th, 2008.
Their bodies were found near Weleetka on a dirt road in Okfuskee County. The girls had been shot numerous times; from two different guns.
The Oklahoman reports a grand jury heard the testimony of three men suspected, but not charged in the shootings.
One of those men is 19-year-old Mike Gaddy who lives near the girls. His parents tell the Oklahoman he was home at the time along with another suspect, 18-year-old Dustyn Dailey.
Dailey is currently being held at Okmulgee County jail for a burglary charge.
And Toney Kelough, who lives several miles from the crime scene, also testified.
These men have not been charged with anything.
They have only testified before a grand jury.
Two others did not show up to speak.
The judge has ordered them to be arrested.
The grand jury sessions are closed to the public.
Mike Gaddy was indentified early on as a neighborhood bully, and was mad at the girls for having told on him at one time.

that's very interesting that your parents say you were home with Dustyn Daily at the time of the shooting, then YOU turn around and say you were at Aaron's house. Which is it? I think that you had something to do with it and I dont even live in Okla
If you know your innocent- how to prove your innocence is to ask for a lie detector test. It's that simple.
I agree with both comments below: Your parents say you were at home, then YOU say you were at a friends house at the time of there murders??? Obviously reason for suspicion there... AND just like the other comment says, if in fact you are innocent then ask for a lie detector test... which I seriously doubt you will since you clearly ARE lying, as you just proved by giving a different answer of your where abouts on the internet you idiot!

The killer or killer's involved in this murder, has got to be, " someone who has a revenge against them!" I would look at SOMEONE who fit's that profile!
This was a personal killing, of which the persons responcible is close to the family and/or the girls involved. I do not believe this was a random killing as well. It was waited for... like the person whom did this knew their routine.. Also too many conflicting stories... and what about the sign that was left stating that they will never be caught... I believe they will be captured and soon... the moon is turning the tide in their direction and as time goes on... they are getting closer to you...
These boys were out playing "gangsta" when Taylor and Skyla crossed paths with them. Pissed at one of the girls for previously snitching on him, one boy began shooting and his buddy joined in the fun. The guns have to be located near one of these boys' homes. Find the guns, solve the murders, and collect the reward.
