Explanation of sorts...

I've purposely decided not to post all the links to all the documents and video/audio tapes because they are so widely available on the news websites.

It's been a blockbuster week for news, and I have to wonder why they are releasing so much evidence to the public. Early on, George, Cindy and Lee were given subpoena's to attend a hearing in November, still over a month away.

I have to wonder what Casey is thinking as everyone she knows tells the obnoxious truth about her. To create such an intricate web of lies and have them so openly splayed out for all the world to see. I wish she had a sense of shame, of embarrassment.

But alas...

Hi, Janet, this is chess613 again.

Thank you so much for highlighting me in your blog. I think all of us are interested to find out just what's going on and to have some closure on this very tragic tale. I actually am a paralegal for a law enforcement office in San Francisco so we do this sort of stuff all the time, but of course, you're only as good as the information that comes in.

Since my last post, there has been tons of discovery coming in, available to the public. As of now, i'm putting together a timeline to better chart what's been going on. A couple of new information has come in that I find very interesting:

1. According to Brian Burner (p12 of his transcript), not only did Casey back up the car no less than three times during the 2nd week of june, but he thinks he hears her with another man backing up a green pickup truck on Monday the 23rd! This is circumstantial and even Burner doesn't know for sure, but it would seem very interesting if this is true. the next day, George Anthony calls the police re break in and theft of gas.

2. On the 15th of July, when George brings Casey's car back home, we don't know his whereabouts until late in the evening, after Cindy returns home with Casey. He actually tells Lee to go to his mother. What's he doing? I strongly believe he cleaned the car, especially the trunk.

If we take Brian Burner's comments at face value and Casey really backed her car in three times plus had someone back up a pickup truck, then something must have happened while she was trying to put the body away - and it slightly alters my theory as to what happened. Here's my newest theory.

June 16 (monday)
Death happens by accident/spontaneous incident. Body is in car.

June 17 (tu)
Casey goes to Sawgrass to attempt to dump the body and to pick up Zenaida information, to formulate an "out" for herself. Later, she tries to dump body, but she has an accident - I'm thinking the trash bag rips and the advance decomposition got worse after a full day in a trash bag. so she aborts burying the body and goes back home. It also explains the lack of "facebook/myspace" traffic aside from "cheer me up lady"

June 18 (w)
She goes back and borrows the shovel - and gets a knife (the same knife Cindy gets from the car to wash off), cuts up the body and distributes it to sections in the yard. It takes her an hour - to cut up the body, to distribute it, and to clean up (according to Burner and his son, Casey and the shovel are clean. But she either doesn't finish the job or she has second thoughts by the next day.

June 19 (th)
Casey's back the third time, to either finish up burying the body or to clean the car, or to retrieve most of the body and dump it somewhere else. Either way, she doesn't finish and decides to abort until Monday. This could have also happened on Friday - burner says he saw Casey back up the car three times in the span of this week.

June 20-22 (F-Sunday)
No activity in the backyard. Casey uses Friday to relax and maybe contacts the parents to make sure they know nothing. She may have spent this time during the day trying to clean the car and remove the horrible smell, but fails. This may have been where she researched on chloroform.

June 23 (Monday)
The mystery man in the pickup truck may have been someone she contacted and paid to remove junk. In any case, I'm thinking she wants nothing to do with her car anymore and removes the last of Caylee's body using the pickup truck, unbeknownst to the man who helped her.

I had been wondering about the smell. If Casey only had the body in her trunk for two days max, in a trashbag, would it have that smell? Would it have lasted for over a month? I doubt it. Not only that, but fibers of the dead girl were in the trunk, so the body had to be exposed at one point in the trunk - it didn't just stay in the bag. And also that knife - Cindy herself said she removed it and cleaned it. Amazing that Casey never thought to remove it. So I'm thinking if Casey, in an attempt to better move the body around, cut it up, she would have done it in the trunk - in the safety of the garage, where no one can see her. And that would have caused the horrible smell. and she would have masked the smell (or attempt to) by trying to make chloroform herself and pour it on the body. She may have first tried the gas (hence her breaking in to the lockers and stealing the gas cans). I think it also explains psychologically, her need to party hard, to further distance herself away from the deeds she has done. And of course it explains the nightmares Lazzaro says she had in July.

I have the cell tower documents and am trying to make heads/tails of it. But thanks again for the props and you or anyone can email me at chess613@pacbell.net. I'm also on facebook and yahoo IM as Chess613

hi Chess 613
I re-read the statement from Brian the neighbor. I wish he could be more specific about the dates and times. I have an intuition thing that's tells me somehow she hadn't thought about Caylee being in rigor, and her body seeping, not to mention the initial release of bladder and bowels. I'm thinking she had her in a plastic trash bag or two, decided to put her in a suitcase/duffle type bag, but because of the rigor she wouldn't fit, requiring a third trip when she was bendable.

I don't want to believe she would cut her up, but you could very well be right. That's why we keep trying to believe it was an accident, we don't want to believe a beautiful, petite mommy could cold bloodedly kill this little child.

If she had Caylee's body in a trash bag and then in a bag suitcase type of thing, it may have taken up to a week to really start to smell bad. From what I've read, the smell starts about the time rigor mortis goes away and the body really starts to putrify. So, 36 to 48 hours after death. But all it would take would be getting fluids seeping through the bags onto to carpet in the trunk that kept the odor there, instead of disappearing with the body.

I think she said it all the first night to Lee A, "Maybe I'm just a spiteful bitch."

I truly think she killed Casey out of spite towards her mother, but even though she didn't want Caylee herself, she didn't want anyone else to have her either, which would taint her "good mother" self image.
