Did Peterson grand jury hear barrel story?

It's interesting that drew has an explanation for everyone who has something to say against him. Sharon and his half brother Thomas are simply fabricating stories, Sharon is harrassing poor drew. Martinek and (again) Thomas are "goofy" and can't be believed. Remember, please that Thomas made the statement to Walter about moving Stacy's body BEFORE she had even been reported missing.

He says all Stacy's family are gutter rats. That Stacy was screwing (so far) the old friend she called a couple weeks before she left AND her minister, then there is the anonymous "ride me like a stallion" untraceable text message. Even though he had GPS on her cell phone and knew every burp and fart she uttered. That she loved attention from men and is probably out dancing (as in exotic/stripper.) He sure has a low opinion of women.

That Kyle Piry is making stuff up because 15 years ago he dumped her (which, if so, why did he stalk her afterward, if he wanted nothing more to do with her.) This man is such a loser. And he is raising a slew of loser sons, if they don't get away from him. His daughter will think there is nothing for her but to be a whore. Cause daddy says all women are. I'm still waiting for his timeline for the day Stacy disappeared, and can't wait to see his ugly ass locked up.

The man who went on television and claimed Drew Peterson's stepbrother showed up at his door and blurted out that he helped the Bolingbrook cop get rid of his missing wife's body was called before the grand jury Thursday.

Walter Martineck, a neighbor and friend of Peterson's stepbrother, Thomas Morphey, declined to discuss his grand jury appearance.

In December, Martineck was more talkative and went on the network news show "Dateline" to detail his late October conversation with Morphey.

Hours after Peterson's wife, Stacy Peterson, was last seen alive Oct. 28, Morphey showed up at his front door, Martineck said, and told him, "I think I just helped move Stacy with Drew."
Martineck said Morphey told him, "We lifted a blue container out of -- out of his room down into his truck."

Martineck asked Morphey how he knew Stacy was in the container, and said his friend told him the container was "warm." "And the way he said 'warm,' it's like it was warm," Martineck said.

Peterson was not impressed by Martineck's appearance at the grand jury, or what he had to say on television months ago.

"Oh, brother, that goofy guy," Peterson said. "You have one goofy guy giving information to another goofy guy."

Son suspendedMartineck's appearance at the grand jury reviewing the disappearance of Peterson's fourth wife, Stacy, and the 2004 death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio, came a day after the Oak Brook Fire and Police Commission suspended Peterson's police officer son, Stephen Peterson, for eight days.

Stephen Peterson, an Oak Brook cop, drove his marked squad car to Joliet in December to appear before the grand jury reviewing the fates of his stepmothers.

He also showed up in his police uniform and was filmed by television crews. Oak Brook Police Chief Thomas Sheahan said he sought the suspension because Stephen Peterson attracted negative attention to the department. Stephen Peterson's attorney, Tamara Cummings, said Thursday she may appeal the board's decision.
