Cheyenne Wolf’s remains — and other pieces of evidence in the case — may be examined by the state medical examiner today.

The girl’s body was exhumed from beneath the porch of her Bokchito, Oklahoma home and moved from state to state, prosecutors said. Abel and Denise Wolf, Cheyenne’s father and stepmother, are jailed in Bryan County where they are charged with unlawful removal of a body.
"The body and evidence are still sealed,” said Cherokee Ballard, spokeswoman for the state medical examiner’s office.

The evidence, gathered by an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agent, arrived Wednesday at the medical examiner’s Oklahoma City office. Cheyenne’s body came back Tuesday from Oregon, where it has been since investigators discovered it on July 4.

A preliminary hearing for the Wolfs is scheduled Nov. 18.

Sept 2, 2009

Boise, Idaho -- The two people accused of killing eight-year-old Robert Manwill have a court date Thursday.

Daniel Ehrlick is charged with first-degree murder in the death of the little boy. Court records show that Ehrlick abused and tortured the boy for several days leading up to his death.

Robert's own mother, Melissa Jenkins is also charged with first-degree murder in her son's death. Court records show that Jenkins did "nothing" to help her son in the days leading up to and including the day he died.

The two are scheduled to appear in Ada County Court to enter a plea in front of Judge Darla Williamson.

Robert Manwill was reported missing from his mother's apartment on July 24. His body was found in the New York Canal on August 3.

Jordan A. Brown, Accused Child Murderer, Back in Court This Week

A disturbing murder case in Lawrence County will go back to court this week.

Attorneys for 11-year-old Jordan Brown will go back to court Wednesday, with the goal of suppressing evidence in his case. He's being charged as an adult in the murder of 26-year-old Kenzie Houk and her unborn son in February.

Houk was the fiance of Brown's father, who fathered the child she was carrying.

The defense team wants a judge to suppress evidence in the killing, including an interview of Brown conducted by police at the child's elementary school on the day of the killings. Their argument is that Brown was not sufficiently notified of his rights at the time of the interview.

The defense is also still trying to get Brown's case moved from adult to juvenile court. An exact date for the hearing has not yet been set.

Manson Follower Susan Atkins Denied Release

Life's a bitch, huh Sadie?

foxnews.com
CHOWCHILLA, Calif. — Susan Atkins, the terminally ill Charles Manson follower who admitted stabbing actress Sharon Tate 40 years ago, lost what was likely to be her last bid for freedom.

Atkins, who suffers from brain cancer, slept through most of the four-hour hearing Wednesday during which her husband-lawyer pleaded for her release and families of victims of the Sharon Tate-Labianca killings urged that she be kept behind bars until she dies.

In a dramatic moment — one of the few in which Atkins opened her eyes — Atkins' husband, James Whitehouse, led her through a recitation of the 23rd Psalm, with Atkins concluding in a strong voice, "My God is an amazing God."

"I have no compassion for you, bitch." Susan Atkins, August 1969, to Sharon Tate as she and her baby were murdered.

...Atkins, 61, had been expected to die of brain cancer over a year ago but miraculously continues to cling to life. She was denied compassionate release in July 2008 after she was diagnosed and given only months to live...
